SELF CARE – How You Can Do Self Care

What means SELF CARE – it means “the practice of taking an active role in protecting  one´s own well-being and happiness”.
It also means – “taking the time to do things that help you live well and improve both your psysical health and mental health”.
With other words – taking care of ourself in al aspects of our lives whether this means physically, spiritually, mentally or emotionally.

This is how I do self care:
Physically – I drink a lot of water (water is good not only for our inside but also for our skin), do yoga and I walk a lot.
Spiritually – I meditate, do breathing exercises and spending time in nature and listen to the birds.
Mentally – I set goals, I priorities things who is important for me and I make sure I get in bed early to get the sleep I need.
Emotionally – I write down my feelings, I practice mindfulness and I also express my feelings.

I think is really important for our own well-being that we do things who make us happy and who make us grove. That we prioritise our self to be the best person that we can be, and when we are our best self we can give of that love to someone else.
